Commercial repair coverage, state by state
Who you are allowed to call is a state-shaped question. Contractor licensing, the classifications a state issues, permit rules and the weather that breaks equipment all change at the state line, and so does what the work costs. Each hub below carries the metros we cover in that state, the businesses listed there, and the local conditions that decide which trade you call first.
Coverage is measured in miles from your premises, not by which list your city appears on. Any valid US ZIP works.

Where a register has been imported
Pick the state you operate in
A hub ships once the state's public license register has been imported. City hubs are pages we publish, and the listing count beside them is businesses whose own base sits in that state, counted out of the directory as it stands right now.
A listing count is businesses based in that state, not businesses that can reach it. One over the state line still shows up in a search when it is the closest, so the number a ZIP search returns is usually higher than the one on the card.
Not covered yet
A license number is only worth printing if the board that issued it publishes the register it came from. These 33 states are next in line and have no page here, because a hub with no listings behind it is a page that wastes your click. A ZIP search still works anywhere in the country: it returns whoever is closest, which near a state line is often somebody licensed on the other side of it.
